INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS AND TRADERS.

SHOW ENTRY.

All exhibitors must identify themselves to a member of staff upon arrival at the entrance gate, passes must be shown. No tickets / Money are refundable.

SITE ACCESS AND SECURITY

The site will be open and available, for setting up purposes, from noon Friday 17^th August or before by prior arrangement. The site must be cleared by 9.30 am Monday immediately following the show date. Security Guards will be on site day and night.

THE ONLY CHARITY COLLECTIONS MADE AT THE SHOW WILL BE BY THE ORGANISERS FOR THE NOMINATED CHARITY.

VEHICLE MOVEMENTS.

All exhibitors are required to have all their exhibits in position no later than 9.00am on the day of the show. No vehicle movements between 10am and 5pm only to go into the main arena and escorted by marshalls. Site speed is 5mph. Vehicle passes must be displayed in vehicle windows. Please be aware of pedestrians.

SITE REGULATIONS.

Are as follows; Site must be left as found. All rubbish cleared and put into the SKIPS.
Any spillage's are to be cleared and made good.
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CERTIFICATED FIRE EXTINGISHER ON YOUR STAND AND SILENCED GENERATORS AND WATER. NO OPEN FIRES.
Three warnings may be given, then you will be asked and escorted off site, for - Dangerous Driving in camping and other areas, misbehaviour etc.
The ground is uneven please wear sensible shoes.
Driving in the fields e.g. to parking area, this is uneven ground please drive slowly, you enter the site at your own risk with your vehicle.
The event is not held responsible for traders not turning up to the show when booked in.

LIABILITY.

All exhibit stands, goods and merchandise bought into the showground, whether for display or sale are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Liability for any claims that may arise for injury or damages shall rest solely with each exhibitor and trader and the organisers, Berkshire 4x4 show expressly deny all such liability.

INSURANCE.

The organisers Berkshire 4x4 Show will be providing Public Liability Insurance. All exhibitors, traders must make their own provision for Public Liability.

STATUTORY REGS.

Everyone must be aware of and ensure that they comply with current statutory regulations relating to health and safety, goods for sale act and product liability.

APPLICATIONS.

The deadline for applications is 5^th August 2012. We cannot guarantee pitch size, placement or availability for late applications.

PETS.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Please do not leave dogs in vehicles.
Water is available at points around the arena.
Clearing of dog fouling is the responsibility of the dog handler.
